• Consultations: Your pet's health is our priority. Our thorough clinical exams help detect and prevent potential health issues, ensuring your furry friend enjoys a long and happy life.

• Free Health Checks: All new puppies, kittens and any rehomed charity or council pound pets receive a Free Health Check plus advice for any concerns a new owner may have such as care, diet, vaccinations and worming.

• Vaccinations and Preventive Care: We offer a complete range of vaccinations and preventive treatments to shield your pet from common diseases and parasites, keeping them safe and healthy. Puppies and Kittens are given two vaccinations several weeks apart to help protect them from diseases like Parvovirus and Leukaemia. A Booster vaccination is then given every year to keep their immunity levels high. City Vets also recommend a yearly kennel cough vaccination for all dogs.

• Passports and Rabies vaccinations – We provide these services at an affordable price. Please note passports can only be provided for patients receiving a rabies vaccination and to clients with a Northern Ireland address.

• Neutering - We advise that all male and female, cats, dogs and rabbits should be neutered. This will reduce the risks of ovarian, prostate and testicular cancers. For females it also reduces the risks of unwanted pregnancies and life threatening womb infections. We recommend neutering once your pet is six months old. At this age, operating times are shorter and they recover more quickly. If your bitch is in season (has been bleeding) then it is best advised to wait for 6-8 weeks until the season is over before spaying.
